Washing the pillow itself is not recommended. Simply machine wash the pillowcase using cold water and hang it to dry.

How to use: Rest your face with your ear positioned directly next to the face cradle to reduce pressure around the lips, eyes, and cheeks, helping prevent wrinkles and creases. Do not place your ear inside the face cradle. The centre encourages back-sleeping for optimal results.
