Shipping policy

All physical product orders are shipped nationwide in South Africa via the Courier Guy's PUDO service at competitive rates.

Orders placed will be processed and sent out weekly, and may take up to 7-21 working days after payment has been received.

Pay securely with multiple payment options. Manual EFT payments are also accepted, payments can be made via the online store checkout process.

Melanie Barnard will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or late deliveries whatsoever caused once your order has been dispatched.

If the order was returned due to an incorrect address or package was unclaimed, Melanie Barnard has the right to charge for the product to be re-shipped.
